Redesigned Popmoney site goes live.

So the project we’ve been calling “September launch” actually launched in September. Nice job everyone!

Popmoney.com is an innovative service from our CashEdge client that lets people send and receive money with just an email or text. The service typically lives within the online banking pages of Popmoney’s partner banks. However, people whose bank does not offer the service will use it at Popmoney.com.

We designed the site with specific user goals in mind:

  • For customers who have received an email or text notification, we provide clear direction on how to complete the transaction.
  • For a more general audience, we engage and educate users on both the higher-level benefits, and specific features and uses of Popmoney.

Our approach to design, user experience and language for Popmoney.com was twofold: make the interface and experience human/friendly/easy to use, while still exuding the professional qualities of trustworthiness and security important to any financial brand.

Our content strategy was to develop a system that allows for growth as the product capabilities and site functions continue to evolve.
